Touchline ("the app") is a football companion app for following live matches and competing with friends through score predictions. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, and avatar when you sign up (via email/password, Google, or Apple).
• App content: your favorite team, score predictions, group memberships, and chat messages you send.
• Device data: a push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) if you enable match reminders.

How data is processed

Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres) and protected by row-level security. Push notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging. We do not sell your personal data.

Advertising

The mobile app shows ads served by Google AdMob; the website may show ads served by Google AdSense. These services may use device identifiers and cookies to serve and measure ads. Where consent is required by your region, you will be asked via Google's consent dialog before any personalized ads are shown, and you can decline — you will then receive non-personalized ads. On iOS, ad tracking only occurs if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. See Google's advertising policy.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app (Settings → Delete account) or by visiting the account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, predictions, group memberships, and messages.
